Imran Khan will be disqualified by SC in the next fifteen days, predicts Hanif Abbasi: Disqualification of Pakistan Tehree e Insaf Chairman Imran Khan is a writing on the wall says leader of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz Hanif Abbasi. Speaking to the media, Abassi predicted that the decision of the supreme court regarding Imran Khan’s disqualification will come within fifteen days. “Court only accepts banking transaction and statement which Imran Khan never gave,” adding, “it has been more than year Imran has failed to give money trail. He makes his friends party to the case to protect himself.” Hanif added that no space is left for Imran Khan in the case. “Imran is out from the case, he will soon be disqualified.”
Hanif added that tax more than Rs150,000 was never given by Imran Khan in his life time. In the last hearing the Supreme Court had stated that the lawyer of the PTI supremo had failed to give a satisfactory response in the Imran Khan disqualification case.
Counsel for PTI Naeem Bukhari during the arguments had said that an email had been sent to Imran Khan’s former wife Jemima Khan.
During his arguments, PTI counsel Naeem Bukhari said that an email had been sent to Imran’s former wife Jemima Khan. He also said that Jemima had confirmed receiving 75,000 pounds, said Bukhari, adding that she has assured that she will send the bank details after finding them.
Justice Umar said that the documents do not prove that Imran Khan brought money back from London.
