CDA terms Imran Khan’s Bani Gala residence an encroachment:\u00a0Capital Development Authority (CDA) has declared residence of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan in Bani Gala a violation of zoning regulation, terming it an encroachment on Tuesday.
\nThe authority has filed a reply in Supreme Court of Pakistan today in a case over encroachments in Bani Gala.
\nAccording to the report, Khan\u2019s residence among 122 installations in the area are illegally constructed. The authority has stated that a survey was carried out with regards to order of the apex court and all 122 installations are needed to be bulldozed.
\nInstallations in zone three and four fall in violation of zoning regulation, the CDA states.
\nEarlier today, the top court ordered PTI chief to submit money trail of his Bani Gala residence.<\/p>\n
