Donate To Charity Instead of Giving Wedding Gifts: Prince Harry and Meghan Markle: Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have announced that they would like it more if people donate to charity than sending them wedding gifts. Chosen and selected by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, Kensington Palace announced on twitter 7 charity organizations and programs where public can contribute. All of these charity helps to create a more hopeful and optimistic future for the people with their greatest potential.

- conservation
- environment
- homelessness
- HIV
- the Armed Forces
The charities consists of #chivaprojects, which supports children growing up with HIV and their families. It has been shared by the Kensington palace that both Prince Harry and Meghan Markle do not share any personal relationship with the charities and programs chosen by them.
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are grateful for the good wishes people have shared with them since they are officially engaged for the last few months. They both have asked the public who will attend their wedding to donate to charity instead of giving them a wedding gift. However, it is still an option for people to pick a gift or go for any of the mentioned charities.
On May 19th Meghan Markle and Prince Harry will walk down the aisle at St George’s chapel located inside the walls of Windsor Castle in front of their friends, family, and thousand of adoring fans. Kensington Palace has named some of the members of the public who have been chosen to join the crowds inside the grounds of Windsor Castle on the couple’s wedding day.
In 2011, Prince William and Kate Middleton had also requested the public to donate to charity when they got married raising more than £1m at the royal wedding.
