Dubai Hosting Pakistani and Bollywood Artists: Dubai is giving another moment of peaceful interaction to Pakistani and Indian Bollywood artists by hosting an evening at the re-launch of Filmfare (Middle East) magazine. Biggest stars from both side of the borders will be celebrating the event on March 30th 2018.
The event is sponsored by UAE largest diversified multinational “Danube”. Expected guests who will walk on the red carpet of Filmfare Magazine event are Deepika Padukone, Jackie Sharoff, Vidya Balan and Irfan khan from the Bollywood side.
From Pakistan Fawad Khan and Mehwish Hayat have been invited to attend the event. Fawad Khan was the first Pakistani to win in the category of Best Actor (Debut) for Khoobsurat opposite Sonam Kapoor in the 60 years of Filmfare history. Fawad also happens to be the only Pakistani to grace the cover of Filmfare magazine in single mode. Mehwish Hayat has also shared her excitement in a tweet for becoming part of Filmfare’s launch for the first time.
Filmfare target audience by focusing on films, fashion, lifestyle and indepth exclusives from Hindi, Arab and Pakistani cinema. Filmfare ME magazine has a monthly dedicated section to Pakistani cinema.
Pakistan And Filmfare
Filmfare and Pakistan have share quite a good moments for some years. Nazia Hassan, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, Salma Agha and Zeba Bakhtiyar, are some of the other talents that Filmfare has recognized through awards and nominations across the decades.
Dubai has turned into a heart of international events. It has time and again proven to be the common connection for Indian and Pakistani celebrities who otherwise do not get a chance to interact in a peaceful zone. After prestigious Masala Awards last year’s people cannot wait for the reunion scheduled to take place on Thursday 30th of March 2018.
