Rex Tillerson arrives in Islamabad: ISLAMABAD: The US State Secretary Rex Tillerson arrived in Islamabad, Pakistan on Tuesday where he will meet with top political leadership and government officials on the issue of Pakistan’s counter-terrorism efforts.
This is the first visit of Secretary to Pakistan since becoming he holds position as a secretary of state, his visit to Afghanistan and Pakistan is very much important. Speaking to media and journalists in Afghanistan today, Secretary had said that the US has made “some very specific requests” of Pakistan to undermine the Taliban which would be discussed with leadership in Islamabad during his trip.
