The ever-smiling Ariane is everywhere with her healthy good looks and mixed cultural lineage (French Canadian and Chinese) vibrate internationally. She has no plans to pursue conventional modeling gigs. She just recently joined Instagram as “supersmileyariane”.

Let’s get the fitness secrets of the world’s most famous fitness model you might have not heard before.

HEALTHY EATING

Ariane advocates balance by focusing on eating alot of raw vegetables and fruits. As per Ariane trying new dishes is one of the best things about it.

She rarely drinks alcohol, and is addicted to vegetable smoothies that include baby spinach, romaine lettuce, cucumber, coconut water, chia seeds, ginger and mint, sipping one for breakfast and others throughout the day.

In Juices, one of her preferred combination is beets, carrots, oranges, ginger and turmeric.

Ariane drinks water throughout the day, but she also enjoys two espresso shots in the a.m. and ends each night with white silver needle tea.

Between meals, she takes DIY trail mix bars. She relies on a mix of goji berries, raw pecans, golden berries, mulberries and dark chocolate to stay energized and smiling during those long, all-day photo shoots.

FITNESS ROUTINE

Ariane is a runner. She runs four to six times a week, typically 3 to 6K and often in combination with the same amount of walking.

The model also strength trains 4 to 5 times a wee starting with 15 minutes of dancing, followed by 30 minutes of strength and mainly bodyweight exercises.

SKINCARE REGIME

Ariane skincare regime includes

  • Rinsing her face in morning with cold water, and at night  removing makeup with a few drops of jojoba oil on a cotton round
  • Putting hot water on a face cloth to steam the face, and finally a normal face wash, toner and face cream. She also do a scrub once a week.

Makeup

For Face:

She avoids daily foundation, but for work she favors Smashbox Camera Ready BB Cream which combines moisture with light coverage and SPF 35.

For Eyes & Lips

She applies waterproof mascara only to the tips of her lashes and adopts a natural lip. As a lip balm, she use shea butter topped with a tinted lip gloss with SPF.

Ariane recommends keeping the skin moisturized from the inside and from the outside.

For Body

Pure shea butter mixed with a few drops of jojoba oil and  use it on the whole body. During the warmer months, she switches to Desert Essence Coconut Hand and Body Lotion. To make her limbs shine, she recommends Hawaiian Tropic Shimmer Effect Coconut Papaya after Sun Lotion.
