There should be an internet marketing technique and an e-portal that helps in establishing new electricity connections and online applications are entertained.
Electronic communications between taxpayers and tax departments can ease their problem

Applications regarding registration certificates, permits should be available online. There should be automation of urban land record on a Management Information system where proceedings are regularly displayed.
