24 years old daughter killed for ‘honor’ by man in Nawabshah
In the village of Jan Mohammad Brohi in Nawabshah, a man has allegedly shot dead his 24 year old daughter and injured another man in the village of Jan Mohammad Brohi in Nawabshah, the police has termed it as a murder for ‘honor.’
24 year old Sakima had been killed by her father and uncle after they found her in what is being called a ‘compromising position’ with a man. They said man Wahid Bux Brohi, was also critically injured in the incident. Mr Brohi has been shifted to the Civil Hospital Nawabshah.
According to the information provided by Kadhar Station House Officer Ghulam Hussain Peerzado, Akbar and his brother had been arrested by police and confessed to the crime.
Separate First Information (FIR) Reports have been registered against the two offenders. The FIR’s have been registered against the accused. One of the FIR has been registered on behalf of the state while the other one has been registered on the complaint of Ghulam Mohammad, the brother of the injured man.
After a post mortem examination Sakima’s body has been handed over to a notable of the area for burial.
