CJP should take suo motto notice of non-parliamentary language : Sheikh Rasheed
Awami Muslim League (AML) Chief Sheikh Rasheed Ahmad has said that rulers want confrontation with Army and Judiciary because their theft has been proved and the stolen goods have yet to be recovered.
“Non –parliamentary language is being used against apex court, Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) should take suo motto notice of it , sheikh said this while talking to media men outside Supreme Court here on Monday.
Sheikh went on to say that panama case is not the case of government at all instead of it is the case of Sharif Family but despite of it some people are using non parliamentary language against Supreme Court (SC) because rulers wanted a clash with judiciary and Army.
Sheikh prayed to CJP Justice Saqib Nisar to take immediate notice of this matter.
Sheikh further added that SECP Director Zafar Hijazi has also been found guilty of tampering and media also have such material. Maryam Nawaz has also been proved beneficiary owner of London apartments.
Javed Kiyani has also recorded his statement and now is left more, he remarked.
Hamad Bin Jassim is not the witness of Nawaz Sharif but he is witness of Hussain Nawaz so it was the responsibility of Hussain Nawaz to bring Qatri prince to Pakistan.
He said Jassim while saying that Pakistani laws don’t apply to him has finished the matter.
