Recently, during a meeting with the chief minister, the Russian company had displayed keen interest in discovering water reservoirs in Balochistan and had requested Bizenjo to allow them to use modern technology to end the drought. “Balochistan has been badly hit by drought for the past many years as majority parts of the province are deprived of rain, pushing the agriculture and livestock sectors to the edge of destruction,” CM Bizenjo told the Russian delegation.

Artificial rain will help end drought in Balochistan and also boost water storage for the agriculture sector.

Showing interest in Balochistan fisheries along the coastal belt, CEO Lavrov apprised the CM that their company had experts, who could upgrade the fisheries sector. “The company can equip local fishermen with modern boats and enhance their skills of fishing with full safety,” the CEO added.
