Imam-e-Kaaba to attend JUI-F’s centenary celebrations in Nowshera today: HumSub.TV: Prayer leader of the grand mosque of Kaaba will lead Friday prayers at a congregation of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) that will begin today at Azakhel area in Nowshera district.
The purpose of JUI-F to hold the congregation is to mark the three-day centenary celebrations.
Organisers say that over four million people from Pakistan, India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Middle East and other countries are expected to attend the celebrations slated to begin today (April 7).
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and other dignitaries are also expected to attend the event.
Around 25,000 volunteers have been assigned different tasks to manage the mega event.
On the security front, around 70 CCTV cameras have been installed for the security of the participants. Aerial surveillance of the congregation will also be there to ensure security of people and the event.
