It is not binding on SC to accept JIT report: Aitzaz Ahsan

Senator Aitzaz Ahsan has said it is not binding on Supreme Court (SC) to accept JIT report in Panama case.

“SC is not bound to accept JIT report but all the facts against Sharif family have come to light in the report”, he said this here Tuesday.

He expressed wonder that Nawaz Sharif had been serving in another country despite being Prime Minister (PM) of Pakistan.

He claimed Maryam Nawaz could not defend herself in respect of the allegations levelled against her.

Aitzaz remarked that he pays tax more than Nawaz Sharif and Shahbaz Sharif. Case has now entered into final phase. The possibilities of disqualification of Nawaz Sharif are clear.

The JIT has disclosed the way the income of Hassan and Hussain Nawaz has increased, he said claiming JIT report is based on facts.
