Pakistan Auto Industry To Introduce 5 New Cars: Automotive is the one of the fastest growing industries of the country, accounting for 4% of Pakistan’s GDP and employing a workforce of over 1,800,000 people.
This year Pakistan is introducing 5 new cars with foreign auto industry collaborations. They are as follows
Bravo By United
United Autos is planning to launch its new 800cc car in Pakistan called United Bravo. United Bravo is a renamed Dahe DH350. The features yet known of the car are power steering, air conditioning system, back view camera, an infotainment system, fog lights, alloy wheels and a remote keyless system.
Other specs of the car include USB ports, defogger, manual transmission, wooden interior, lens headlights, LED brake lights, anti-collision, RPM & speedometer dials, and a seat-belt warning feature.
Some believe that the price of the car will be around 6 lacs, while as per its features other believes that the car’s price will be around 9 lacs.
Duster By Renault
French automaker Renault will soon launch cars in Pakistan. Renault Duster is one of the upcoming cars in Pakistan.
The engine of Renault Duster is 1.5 Liter Naturally Aspirated Inline-4, power 105 HP, torque 142 Nm, fuel economy 12 km/l and price ranging between PKR 1,750,000 to 1,850,000.
Renault Duster is a compact SUV and its competitors are Suzuki Ignis, Hyundai Creta, Toyota Aqua, etc. The SUV has a 5-Speed manual transmission featuring a bold exterior and a comfortable interior.
Kia Grand Carnival:
Kia Grand Carnival is an upcoming car in Pakistan under Kia-Lucky Motors umbrella. The overall length of the vehicle is 5115mm, the width is 1985mm and the height is 1767mm. The vehicle has the capacity for 11 individuals which is amazing. Grand Carnival is a smart car with spectacular design. It is equipped with a 3.3-liter V6 engine.
Go By Datsun
Ghandhara will invest 4.5 billion in Pakistan in the first 4 years and start the local production of Datsun models.
Datsun GO is 5-door hatchback that has 1.2 liters 3 cylinder engine producing 68bhp and 104 NM of torque. It is copulated to a five-speed manual transmission. The dimensions of the vehicles are 3,785 mm, 1,635 mm, and 1,485 mm in length, width and height respectively. The wheelbase of Datsun Go is 2,450 mm.
H-100 By Hyundai
Hyundai will launch Hyundai H-100 vehicle in Pakistan as it has entered into an agreement with the Pakistan Government to assemble and sell cars in Pakistan. The company is currently working on its assembly plant in Pakistan.
Hyundai H-100 vehicle will have 2600cc naturally aspirated 4-cylinder SOHC 8-valve diesel injection engine mated to a 5 -speed manual transmission. Hyundai motor will produce 79 horsepower at 4000 rpm and 166.7Nm of torque at 2200 rpm. The dimensions of the vehicle are 4850mm in length, 1630mm in width, 1970mm in height and 2430mm wheelbase.
