Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) on Thursday agreed over extension of military courts for two years in the second session of parliamentary meetings.
Agreement was reached on applying Qanoon-e-Shahadat, 1984 (Law of Evidence) on military courts and granting the accused to appeal.
Earlier, PPP had taken stand on one-year extension only and proposed nine recommendations regarding the military courts along with dissemination plan.
