APC over military courts held at Zardari House

An All Parties Conference (APC) over the extension of military courts was held at Zardari House Islamabad on Saturday.

The conference was chaired by Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto and Co-Chairman Asif Ali Zardari and attended by Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F) Chairman Maulana Fazlur Rehman, Awami National Party Chairman Asfandyar Wali, Mulsim League-Quaid Chairman Chaudhary Shujaat, Balochistan National Party Chief Israrullah Zehri, Jamhoori Watan party Chairman Aftab Sherpao, and a delegation from Muttahida Qaumi Movement, Paksitan Awami Tehreek and Majlis-e-Wahdat Muslimeen.

According to sources, the conference will try to develop consensus over the issue of extension of military courts and draft the constitutional amendment.
