Former chief martial law administrator General (retd) Pervez Musharraf stated on Saturday that former Chief of Army Staff General (retd) Raheel Sharif should reconsider his decision of accepting to head the Islamic military alliance.
He emphasised that Pakistan is home to a large Shia population and thus should not get involved in serious sectarian matters.
“Pakistan should think a hundred times before being involved in the sectarian issue. Raheel Sharif also remained the Army Chief of Pakistan so he should also think over it,” insisted Raheel Sharif.
