FO says use of pellet guns against Kashmiris cannot be denied by India: Nafees Zikaria, the spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has said that the use of pellet guns against Kashmiris cannot be denied by India. On Thursday he was addressing to the weekly briefing of the Foreign Office. He mentioned that the International community has been urged by Pakistan to take notice of the threatening tone of India.
Human rights condition in the Occupied Kashmir has constantly deteriorated said the Ministry spokesperson. “Seven Kashmiris have been martyred in the last week” he added.
The Foreign Office spokesman alleged that every inhuman measure has been used by the Indians in order to suppress the indigenous movement of the Kashmiris for self determination.
India continues with unprovoked ceasefire violations at the LOC along with the working boundary, which targets civilians, deliberately, he added.
He added that during the address of the Pakistani premier Shahid Khaqan Abassi at the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA), the premier had reiterated Pakistan’s commitment to protect its sovereignty and integrity.
Pakistan reject India’s role in Afghanistan added the spokesman. “India wants to spread terrorism and chaos in Pakistan.”
He alleged that the Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) is in contact with the banned outfits which include the likes of Tehrik e Taliban Pakistan and Jamaat ul Ahrar. He further alleged that TTP also takes financial assistance from RAW.
Zakaria added that “Indian role in Afghanistan is not constructive rather destructive.”
Pakistan and China are discussing including more names of countries in the China Pakistan Economic Door.
To a question about the country’s nuclear programme, Nafees Zakaria said that Pakistan’s command and control system and nuclear security remains robust and at par with the international standards.
