JIT report is based on ambiguities : Daniyal Aziz

PMLN leader Daniyal Aziz said that JIT report is based on ambiguities and no final opinion is included therein.

While talking to media men outside Supreme Court (SC ) Daniyal said that the evidences incorporated in the JIT report were being termed waste paper basket from the first day and now SC judges have also raised questions over verification of documents repeatedly.

He held that JIT report is not an ultimate opinion and on the other hand this report is based on ambiguities wherein facts have ignored while the word “most likely” has been used in the report again and again.

JIT had not asked during investigation that who was owner of NESCOL company and documents-2004 have not been proved but 2006 documents have been verified, he said. He raised the question do these documents stand valid for legal evidence. Can these documents be used or otherwise under law of evidence order, he added.
