Nawaz will stand deseated if one judge gives verdict against him : Babar Awan advocate
PTI leader Babar Awan advocate has said Nawaz Sharif will stand disqualified if one among three judges of Supreme Court (SC) gives decision against him.
“not only godfather one will be hit by disqualification but godfather two will also be hit by it. If any one judges among 3-judge bench hearing Panama case gives verdict against Nawaz Sharif he will stand deseated”, he said this while talking to media men outside SC here Monday.
He went on to say that entire nation and legal fraternity is with SC. When court has made it clear that only JIT report will be talked of, however, JIT was not and is not a party in this case.
He claimed that PML-N has been divided into two groups. Maryam Nawaz group has defeated Nawaz group which is being led by Capt (Retd) Safdar. The old people have been sidelined, he remarked.
