Naeem ul Haque claims IB had sent ambulance to spy on JIT: Naeem Ul Haque the leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf has accused that the Intelligence Bureau (IB) of spying on the Joint Investigation Team during its probe of the former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and his family in the Panama Papers case.

Haque through a message which was posted on social media website Twitter said: “Confirmed: The ambulance sent to JIT during its interrogation of Sharif family was, in fact, an IB vehicle sent to monitor events,”Naeem was referring to an even where an ambulance had arrived at the JIT headquarters on the 30th of May. The ambulance had entered the premises when Nawaz Sharif’s son Hussain Nawaz had appeared to record his statement.

It had been the second appearance of the former premier’s son before the JIT. The interrogation of the Nawaz’s son had continued for five and a half hours.

In an interesting turn of events, approximately after two and a half hours after the JIT had started deposing National Bank of Pakistan President Saeed Ahmad and later Hussain, the special ambulance arrived at the JIT’s headquarter at the Federal Judicial Academy in Islamabad.

When questioned by the journalists a man sitting inside the ambulance had identified himself as Dr Omar, the ambulance had an government number plate. The doctor had said that he had been called in and had refused to comment further.
