PBC announces countrywide strike today

Pakistan Bar Council (PBC) has announced country wise strike today against non tendering of resignations by Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif and others.

Vice Chairman Pakistan bar Council Ahsan Bhoon has said that JIT report is a charge sheet against the corruption of Sharif family adding it is sad to see that whole family is involved in doing corruption.

He has demanded of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, Finance Minister Ishaq Dar, Captain Safdar (Retd) and Chief Minister Punjab Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif to resign.

Vice chairman while addressing a press conference in Punjab Bar Council Lahore along with other lawyers said that SC should disqualify all nominated suspects in the light of JIT investigation.

He said immediate inquiry should be initiated against those who were threatening JIT and SC.

SC should bring back the money after reaching panama to its logical end.

Bhoon said PBC is launching a countrywide campaign today against PM and ministers for their resignations and if they do not leave their offices then all parties’ conference will be convened.
