PM Nawaz leaves for Kuwait on two-day visit

Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif left for Kuwait on Monday for a two-day official vist.

The accompanying envoys include Minister for Petroleum and Natural resources Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, Board of Investment Chairman Miftah Islmail and Special Assistant to the Prime Minister of Foreign Affairs Syed Tariq Fatemi.

The PM will meet the Kuwaiti leadership and discuss various regional and international matters of mutual interest, including review of the brotherly relation between the two countries. He will also address assemblages of Kuwaiti investors and Pakistani community.

He will be received by Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmed Al Sabah in Bayan Palace for discourse scheduled on Tuesday and will hold delegation-level talks with Kuwaiti counterpart Sheikh Kaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah.
