Siyal calls MQM founder troublemaker, calls for execution

On Tuesday, Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) founder Altaf Hussain was called a “trouble maker” by the Home Minister Sindh Sohail Anwer Siyal. The home minister also called for his execution on treason charges.

The home minister while speaking to the media said that the remaining trouble makers would also be crushed under operation Radd-Ul-Fassad.

He also said that a letter had also been written by the provincial authorities to the federal government in order to bring Hussain back and punish him for the alleged killing of two activists of Pak Sarzameen Party (PSP).

Siyal said “We are aware at whose behest such statements are being issued,” in response to recent statements by former president General (retd) Pervez Musharraf and former home minister Zulfikar Mirza.

Provincial minister while commenting on the security during Muharram, claimed that the provincial government has made foolproof arrangements to ensure public safety, besides requesting the Ministry of Interior for suspension of mobile phone services on 9th and 10th Muharram.

Siyal distributed order for the appointments in the agriculture department along with its subsiaries among nearly a hundred individuals according to the son quota basis.

“No one has any quota in government jobs. All of these jobs will be given to deserving people in the province on merit,” he said.
