PTI has moved SC against targeting of JIT by PML-N: After the disrespectful statements of PML-N leadership against the Joint Investigation Team (JIT), Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has moved the Supreme Court with reference to the matter.

The application which was submitted by the PTI spokesperson Fawad Chaudhary had argued that the leaders of the ruling party are targeting JIT and Supreme Court on orders of Nawaz Sharif and Ishaq Dar.

The applicant argued that during the hearings of Hassan and Hussain Nawaz, Asif Kirmani and other leadership had intentionally targeted the JIT. Video recordings of the statements are also being submitted along with the application.

The applicant further stated that JIT, SC and its staff was being targeted under a proper plan.

The application remarked that it is being propagated that the Sharif family has been targeted by the JIT without any reason.
